Early Access - Episode 16

Here's the next one. Standing around in a room with a lot of 'They thought this / They thought that' type episodes are always a bit tedious to edit tbh. Hopefully it's not a tedious watch lol.
I'm excited today though - Tis Dawntrail Early Access day... assuming the servers don't shit the bed or they get DDoS'd or something. Endwalker had a bit of a shitty launch but that was mid-Covid and during the WoW to FFXIV exodus that happened. So they had a huge influx of new players and no way to get hold of new servers. lol. Hopefully the queues to log in won't be ridiculous for the first two weeks this time!
I've been passing the time with MoP Remix though recently. Did I mention this last week? I was late to start it cos I was busy. Also I missed the Frog Farm thing so then I started thinking I'd missed out and everyone else would be massively OP, etc.
Butt... I've now got a DH with a 468 ilvl. Literally just need to upgrade 9 gear pieces one more time and then he'll be 476. But stats wise - it's too much lol. I think he's got about 40000 Agility. 5.5 million HP. I'm genuinely worried that combat is going to feel SO BORING when The War Within launches because I'm so used to just throwing a Glaive and everything exploding.
Anywho - I've got my Friday PT session at the Gym so I'd better bugger off. Hope you enjoy the new episode. Thanks, as always, for your support. And I'll see ya in the next Early Access post.

Just because no one is killed in every episode doesn't mean they're bad as long as at least one character gets unconscious... And I think for fans who only know WoW and don't even know the RTS, your videos are a great addition.

2024-06-29 10:59:38 +0000 UTCYeah; a lot of this stuff was full-blown world building and new when the books came out. Whereas now it probably feels a bit overdone. At least to me, anyway. I think I just worry too much about every single episode needing to be a banger lol. And I agree; its nice that Malygos is a fun guy instead of just another stoic, serious, character.

But I like that Malygos gets a bit of personality and he is more than a 20 minute cookie cutter dragon fight or thing you do once a week for months just to farm two almost identical mounts...
