The sweeping lesson has proved especially popular and I've had several requests for me to expand on the picking mechanics behind my technique, as some of you seem to be having trouble when descending arpeggios.

Interesting, I find it harder the other way. But I think it's just because of my left hand being less accurate while ascending

2024-10-16 00:00:06 +0000 UTCThanks for this amazing advice! I'm working on my sweep picking ability, but now I have a little problem. It's about muting strings. When I sweep up or down, I accidentally mute the strings and don't know how to avoid that.
