Hand studies challenge!!!

I’ve been considering for some time to join the 100 Hands Challenge, because I thought it looks like fun and I would like to upgrade my hand game a little more! Although I will make the challenge at my own pace and not set a certain time for each hand, just because I want to really think carefully how to draw them first, and maybe later redraw them quicker to learn about movement. I think it is a very rad way to learn some anatomy so I will be doing more studies in the future, and probably put them as a Patreon only reward!
Here is my first batch of hands, and I really wantd to focus on hands holding a book because I always have huge problems whenever I draw an illustration and it involves reading. I found the hand that is holding the book in the 7th sketch especially difficult and I know it’s not 100% right, but I’m glad I tried and maybe in the future it won’t be as difficult for me to recreate that pose.
