This episode was super fucking solid! It totally pulled me in even more. The whole vibe of Harlem is starting to feel like my dumbass is actually out there on the streets with them! They did an INSANE job with the music in this show. This show has so much style and atmosphere, and I love how alive it feels.
Luke is such a fucking badass! He doesn’t need to talk much or show off at all like these other gangsters try to do. Seeing him finally start to step out of the shadows and get more involved is super fun to watch. I kind of want him to unleash on these bastards. You can tell he’s still wrestling with it, but the man was built to protect people.
And Cottonmouth... very well written antagonist. I'm always so impressed with these Marvel show antagonists. He's not nearly as cool as Killgrave, but still pretty fun to watch! He's got a wildly awesome voice too lol.
I was skeptical coming into this show after Jessica Jones, but nah, Luke Cage is absolutely holding its own. I’m impressed!
