I love the comparison of Governor in this episode and Rick from last season, where when G had a dangerous person (Andrea) from a group talked bad about yet patched up with knowledge of group members, G had Merle find out more. When Rick had that same scenario (guy who's neck was snapped by Shane), instead of learning more from Maggie asking him things, they all voted to kill him.

That being said I'm a archer to and anyone who spends everyday of their lives using bows to hunt or kill walkers could definitely get that level of accuracy. The distance between that guy and the walkers wasn't even that much. I could make that shot and I only practice every month or sometimes 2 months. And for clarity I use a recurve with a 60lb draw
