Star Wars: Rebels | S3 E7 | "Imperial Supercommandos" | (UNEDITED)

Dude,

the Mandalorians are FUCKING WILD! Civil wars and shit going on between them. Half of them sympathize and are fighting for the Empire, the other half said "fuck all that noise."

I've said this in the past, but before I watch Mandalorian, I hope I get some more knowledge and information about the Mandalorians.

And Pedro Pascal in Mando... which type of Mandalorian is he?@!?!

Love you all,

Alex

Alex: “You’re still a pompas ass” me: “you mean Mandalorian!”

Once again, the only way to see the history of mandolorians outside of the show is comics and novels

If we give you background on the Mandalorians, it will kinda ruin some episodes of the Mandalorian. Watch the Mandalorian next. But you do have to watch the book of Boba Fett after season 2 of the Mandalorian, before watching season 3 to connect the story line.

Highly recommend The Mandalorian series if you are interested in the culture and the people of Mandalore. My favorite piece of live action star wars ever.

Deep Legends Mandalorian Lore Dump for any interested: The origins of Mandalore in Canon is not as well established, but in Legends, they have a pretty mind boggling history. It starts 100,000 years before the events of the movies, on a planet called Notron. On Notron, there were two species, the Zhell and the Taung, and they did not like each other. Eventually the Zhell drove the Taung off of Notron and into space. The Taung drifted until they found a planet which they named in honor of their leader, Mandalore the First. Over the years the Taung population began to decline and they began accepting other species into their ranks, which ended up being mostly humans. Eventually the Taung went extinct, but their culture lived on in these new, mostly human Mandalorians that we’re familiar with. The irony in the new Mandalorians being human, is that the Zhell were believed to be the ancestors of Star Wars Humanity, and after they drove the Taung off Notron, they renamed the planet to Coruscant. Then, tens of thousands of years later, their descendants completely subsumed the Taung’s culture as their own. Again, this is all Legends, but I still think it’s a fascinating story.

Wait till he sees Ray Stevenson in Ahsoka. Best Star Wars villan since Darth Maul.

Love Gar Saxon as a villain. R.I.P. to his VA, Ray Stevenson.

Brandon Dodge

20:59 in his prime, he assassinated Maul’s puppet ruler, and almost killed Bo-Katan, not to mention he killed a decent amount of clones before he was forced to surrender

Cole Romero

I thought these were suppose to push back? However i love these didnt 😅

Gar Saxon was first introduced in Rebels, but u first saw him in the Siege of Mandalore/Order 66 arc in Clone Wars, the last 4 episodes. He at first worked for Maul being part of his Shadow Collective, but then swore allegiance and loyalty to the Empire later in life
