Just Trying to Gauge
Added 2025-05-06 21:39:25 +0000 UTCFor the gaming channel YouTube videos, would you rather have the YouTube videos be higher quality, edited videos, with sounds, some music, and funny bits (similar to the reactions but with video games) or would you rather the YouTube videos be more raw. Like portions of the live stream clipped out and not highly edited?
Basically, videos in the format of Case Oh or in the format of Cory Kenshin.

2025-05-10 10:41:04 +0000 UTCFor games it’s nice to see a longer video/ reaction. I feel like since video games usually have a lot more to see having it be heavily edited could do the game disservice. Unless you’re gonna be spending 10 minutes at a time reading donations or something lol

2025-05-09 02:55:46 +0000 UTCIt would be rly cool if it was like your movie reactions except you’re playing a game

2025-05-07 22:15:30 +0000 UTCBoth. Whatever suits the game/nature of content you want to produce for the video. I’d imagine, uploads of the clipped livestreams would be more frequent (for the algorithm, consistency and whatnot). However sprinkling in edited videos with high quality editing would also be great!

2025-05-07 18:09:12 +0000 UTCI’m honestly so tired of game playthroughs where the gamer is speaking to the boring, inane people in their chat while they play. Having boring, inane conversations and having to hear all the cringe fan-jokes that people post. Imagine if that was happening during Alex’s normal film and tv reactions, it would be insanely irritating. Honestly, I think he should just do any story-driven games off-stream and edit them as he would his main-channel videos. That would be actual quality 👌

2025-05-07 16:48:37 +0000 UTCIt really depends on what game and if you will have uncut gaming videos on patreon. I think you should definently do the editing if it's a type of video that is hilarious like Sm7tty

2025-05-07 13:23:09 +0000 UTCBoth, depends on the day and game. Like if you have some good cut scenes in the game and you react to them or funny game play, then make an full editet video. If its just game play with normal play than cuts of the stream or something like that.
