This episode made me think. There is NOTHING the Empire won't do. I think we've all gotten jaded to the fact that the Empire is legitimately EVIL and vindictive and FUCKED UP!
My point is this. The Empire is willing to kill off children so the future of the Jedi is completely eradicated. WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?! I know I know with Order 66, they utilized a really fucked up protocol to achieve a means to their end, but still. Sometimes I just think about the Empire and I'm like FUCKKKK MAN.
This was one of those times.

You saw Ezra's ability to connect and heard Kanen mention that he has a talent for it. Secondly, you saw Ahsoka's ability to extinguish lightsabers. Force users often use the force to activate/deactivate lightsabers but they are doing this by force pressing the buttons on the lightsaber. Ahsoka can use the force to extinguish the lightsaber itself.
