Technicaly all tv shows would only be like 4 episodes without "filler" and one would feel no connection to the characters. As long as an episode developes caracters that are relativly importrant to a show it shouldnt be conciderd filler. (The driod episode with the small ass frog in TCW is filler IMO not this one)
