Ok, I admit Ezra and Zeb together are a total vibe! They are legitimately like brothers, and it's really fun to watch! Their entire squad is shaping up to be a family! I'm totally here for it! This episode was A SHIT TON of fun, even though it was about A FUCKING FRUIT!?!?!?!?!??!
I remember I damn near had PTSD from the Clone Wars episode that was about securing a fruit. Lol. What's up with Star Wars episodes being centered around finding a rare fruit?! Legitimately makes me laugh!
Anyway, 4 episodes deep, and I can officially say, I really like this show! At the very least, I'm 1000% intrigued enough to continue forward and see what shenanigans develop from here on out!

2025-03-11 01:21:41 +0000 UTCThe best way to compare it, clone wars had a lot of really shitty filler episodes that lead nowhere. They are one off, and have no development or progression. The difference is the filler episodes in rebels usually are used for character growth for the main team, or used as progression for the story later in the season. There aren’t many wasted episodes in this show. Not like clone wars. This show is more structured like atla, building up for a larger story, with one or two fun side quests. I do think you might end up liking this even more than clone wars imo

Trust me, it just keeps getting better and better, even more so than clone wars if i dare say so💯 See what i mean about Ezra being 17 in terms of jokes lol, even though he is 14😂 If you listen closely to the music throughout rebels you will notice that alot of it is subtle versions of some of the coolest theme songs throughout the star wars movies, clone wars etc
