It was weird coming up with genres. Some movies can fit into multiple genres, so just go with what your gut says.

PS: I haven't watched Invincible yet, so that will come much later today but it will be released!

I mean, honestly, the very definition of live action versus animation, and the fact that they can be intermingled in the way who framed Roger rabbit did means that the genre is not live action or animation. Those are both just the medium. The genre would be either film, noir comedy thriller crime drama to me a genre, defiant a group of similarities in storytelling. I mean, technically, sci-fi and fantasy aren’t really genres their settings so live action and animation as well as spoken word or written those are all mediums, sci-fi fantasy modern era. Those are all settings and then the genre would be what the story Type is such as comedy, action, adventure, western crime drama those would be the genres. At least that’s how I’ve always been taught

Lol it was my first anime and I loved it but took me a while to get invested since first few episodes made me have a "is this what anime is?" disposition lmao. There's so many good options though. People think of like DBZ, etc. I think JJK would be a great starting point. Or something like one punch man could be up his alley since that's a bit more comedic.

I know that seems to be popular among Alex's younger crowd and that great, I'm not saying dont do them at all, but, I dont think I'm the only one whos ready for some variety....I love Alex's reactions but I dont even watch the reactions to Avatar the Last Airbender and Invincible because those shows just arent really my thing, but I think its great that he is catering to those who DO love those shows! I would just like to see him branch out to some other things as well, like horror, psychological thrillers, sci-fi, etc. Because if all were going to get is more of the same, then he might start losing people. I am by no means complaining, or hating on anyone for what they like - I am just really hoping we can start getting some more variety! 😅🫶🏼
