In case he doesn't answer or gives another example. I record it with OBS separately after filming a reaction. So in your case. You would watch ATLA on your computer while filming your reaction. You have two options. You pull the move directly into the reaction video as separate source. (not advisable) since then it will be permanently in the picture. Second option is what I said first, after you've watched the episode of ATLA you let it play again and this time you use OBS (for example) to record the sound and picture of the movie. Hope that helps.
