I wish there was someone I could talk to about this. But there is not, So I don't like how my life is going and the repetitive nature of it all. I feel stuck and every path I choose leads to the same place. But I am not a quitter and I hope one day it will get better but today is not that day.

I found myself getting angry at the situation. And that only made matters worse. I had to let go of that anger, and give my stress and worry to God. And its improved my attitude and the situation significantly. This video hits hard, Alex. You're 100% right. And if you're a praying man, and you see this, say one for my daughter. Love you, Alex.

2025-01-10 01:20:19 +0000 UTCI'm going to try and keep this as short as possible. I'm 16 and when I was 9, my mom suffered a stroke and has been paralyzed since then. I have had to step up in so many ways for my family and become almost an adult from age 9. I never used to talk to people about my emotions and stuff and just let it bottle up until it would explode. I've done that for seven years and now it's exploded into depression, anxiety,stress, and even suicidal thoughts. I work two jobs, am taking really advanced classes in school, And play sports year round. I hardly get a break and can hardly breath from how exhausted I am. I just don't know where to go or how I can get better. I want to escape but then I feel guilty because I have so much responsibility and I feel I shouldn't take care of myself as it feels selfish. I could just really use some encouragement and maybe some advice is anyone is willing

2025-01-09 21:50:52 +0000 UTCI've attempted to kill myself when i was 18years old never thought i'd be alive today dealt with addiction to pain meds when i was a kid almost cost me my life few days ago just celebrated my 32nd bday im not sure if there is a God of higher being but something saved me that day thee amount of sleeping pills i took idk how i woke the next morning im in a much better space in my life still dealing with medical issues but i no longer take pain meds or any of the sort i been clean going on 12years

I went a whole year believing my daughter is of my kin and it was a lie. I am still with my wife as we have a son , I don't know how to move next and where to go next

And trying not to go green with seeing others being in a relationship and starting families ext and I have no signs of that in the future and guess that’s not what I wanted nor expected for myself at this point in my life. And trying to accept what’s what and move forward but just struggling and what to do next. But I remember if I can’t see the path ahead do not stress can I see my next step? Yes I can do at least take that and eventually il walk out of the proverbial woods.
