In order to watch The suicide squad (2021) you don’t even need to see the 2016 one lol. It’s in the universe but makes sense and works just as well if not better on its own

Suicide squad is awful. It’s THE suicide squad that’s on here. The sequel/soft reboot from James Gunn who did guardians of the galaxy. It’s like Deadpool meets guardians of the galaxy with a extremely hard R rating

I think it’s largely because he’s started and not finished so many franchises so people want him to do Ted 2 because it’s a sequel and not starting another franchise. I also think people know it’s Alex’s humor. I get it if you don’t like it but that’s the reasoning. Have a great day

Matthew. (Great name btw😂) totally get the suicide squad isn’t your thing. James Gunn really works for some but not others. However he does not need to watch the 2016 one first. The 2021 film is a half reboot and half very loose sequel (i actually saw it before the 2016 one so i know).

Nerveroxis Alex is 90% crass humor lol so it makes sense that people on the patreon favorite that kind of humor. I get what you mean and it makes sense but i think that’s why Ted 2 is in the lead.

Matthew, it was a financial flop in theatres cause it was Covid and it was released on hbo at the same time as theatres but nice try. The first suicide squad was beyond terrible.

If I had to choose Ted 2 over the first Indiana Jones. Ted 2, the ONLY true amazing masterpiece in the Indiana Jones franchise is Temple Of Doom. It’s just a pure classic. The rest are boring & the new ones are horrible

The first SS squd was so much better than the second one. The second one was absolute trash and a financial flop for that reason.

The Suicide Squad is worse than Ted or Ted 2. Atleast the Ted movies are funny. TSS was just stupid. Besides if Alex is going to watch it he needs to watch the original first.
