We're on the third episode for today! I am honestly looking forward to re-watching Revenge of the Sith! It's been so damn long since I've watched a Star Wars movie. I think the last one was Rogue One, which was phenomenal btw.
That being said, we have another whole arc after this one, so I'm getting a bit far ahead of myself! I'm just loving taking this Star Wars journey with you all! I have been having an incredible time, and I hope you all have too!

2024-10-25 11:23:39 +0000 UTC@Dimitri Overall you make some very good points I just feel like it's alot more disappointing to more in depth star wars fans as a "casual" fan/first time viewer I'm sure Alex would enjoy like 90% of it, probably won't notice many of the screw ups or annoyances compared to others🤔😅 i think its still worth a reaction💯

2024-10-23 18:27:39 +0000 UTCPersonally I am biased towards ahsoka slightly but I cannot say it was perfect at all, I LOVED many aspects from the show, without spoiling anything: some specific ships new to live action, galactic scale secrets that even we don't know yet , the mysterious connection that seems to exist between dathomir and the zepho(the whole "back story" is insanely cool though most of that is hinted to in jedi fallen order in the zepho areas so only die hard star wars lore people, know what im on about lol and none of it is even touched on in the ahsoka show so not to worry thats just star wars "conspiracy" knowledge really but if you are aware of it it makes the show sooo much more interesting and mysterious) Alex should totally play through fallen order👌😂 there's alot of other crazy in depth details but they all spoil future things so I won't mention them But with all that being said. The start of the ahsoka show is quite boring with a sprinkle of bs(not enough to make me dislike the show, i certainly dont pay much attention during specific parts in the beginning and very end. Once it gets into it in the middle, it becomes pretty good overall, I think its a great show that just unfortunately has some stupid things here and there but for someone like Alex I think it would still be great for him to watch as there is 85% awesomeness compared to 15% disappointment. Where as the sequels are like 4% awesomeness and 96% disappointment (though Alex's sequel reactions would be HILARIOUS so I pray he does eventually.. get to them)

2024-10-23 18:08:41 +0000 UTCYeah you can definitely tell when ahsoka gets wacked by the pykes that it is delayed by 1-2 seconds, its hard to time it right if theres no reference (There is a bit of reference but the singing is usually slightly off sync so it's not a perfect way to match it)

Yet it relies on the same things Disney has been using for years that don’t work like macguffins, pandering and just bad writing. I love filoni’s work but that just wasn’t it for me.

2024-10-23 17:34:11 +0000 UTCOfc people got let down when they expect so much from little show. I didnt expect much tbh cause i didnt want to get disappointed and i totally loved the show, some scenes ofc looked goofy like for example some of the ahsoka's dualing. Story was great.
