To most people it was absolutely epic. This isn't just about him enjoying the movie, it's about him getting the most possible enjoyment out of it.

Obviously he is going to enjoy the movie massively without those references, but not as much. As someone who has seen all of the Marvel movies, just seeing the actor without being "introduced" was fucking magical. Just as it was for most people in the cinema.

There are 3 characters in it that have their own movies and I’d only seen fantastic 4 but hadn’t even seen that In many many years and didn’t remember anything and still completely understand the story

They introduce those characters for people who don’t know 3) i know what 3 movies you are talking about and i only saw one of them before Deadpool 3 and it was many many years ago and didn’t remember anything about it and still enjoyed Deadpool 3 tremendously

We’ve seen the movie, we watch Alex for his reactions. Why rush the reaction and miss out on some of the best reaction moments???
