Frozen (FULL MOVIE REACTION)

Alex cracks me up.. He has the attention span of a gnat. ha.He went on this whole rant asking how has Kristoff experienced or seen anyone heal someone that has been struck by an ice queen etc etc. When little Kristoff was hiding behind the boulders watching them wipe Anna's memory of the bad and healing her.. So yes Alex he has.. Silly Goose...And Elsa was not bad.. she nearly killed her sister due to her "curse" so her parents basically locked her away in order to protect everyone, and Elsa stayed away cause she didn't want to accidentally kill Anna she did that to protect her. Totally missed the entire movie. ha

I don't think you understood Elsa Alex. She didn't choose to hide her parents forced on it on them. She only could do what she knew. She was scared. The sisters never stopped loving each other . Olaf said that love is when you put someone else needs before your own. And that's what Elsa thought she was doing. She wanted to protect Anna and keep her safe

It still makes me beyond happy that the music written in this was the same person who wrote the music and lyrics for The Book of Mormon and Avenue Q. He and his wife have written some of the best Disney music of the last couple of decades. Here's the thing with Elsa her parents injected that fear of herself into her for so long that by the time they were gone she couldn't remember how to not be afraid of herself especially around people and the thing with Anna and Elsa when they were children their parents made it a huge deal for Elsa that's why she kept thinking about it I'm sure they kept reminding her about that time growing up

This movie got a bad reputation because it was so heavily talked about when it came out, and EVERY song was on repeat on the radio then. But now that it's been ten years... can I finally say that I LOVE this movie?? There's action, there's great humor, there's romance and songs and twists and magic and I could go on forever. BTW, Alex singing along to For The First Time in Forever had me DYING.

Elsa is probably my favorite character ever as someone with an anxiety disorder. I very much relate to her. When you’re in the grip of that kind of fear and stress, even incredibly obvious, easy solutions to things might as well be impossible, and you can feel like the most mundane thing is a crisis. Recently I had to take my Dad across the state to a medical appointment, and there was nobody else who could. It was literally my first time on the interstate, and I spent like a month in mortal terror of it. After I did it, and we got back home, I felt like such a complete coward and idiot that I was so scared. But that’s just how it goes.

You notice that Hans doesn’t flip evil until he comes into contact with Anna again. He even passes up the perfect opportunity to get rid of Elsa. I know that it’s not the real reason for the sudden face/heel turn, but my head canon is the trolls laid a trap curse on Anna.

Alex, would you react to Tangled? It’s a similar animation vibe and very funny. Also, don’t be too hard on Elsa. She loves her sister and was just a little girl herself when Anna was accidentally hurt and Elsa had no idea how much more powerful her magic would become as she got older and was so afraid she would hurt someone else or possibly kill then. Yes, the parents handled it all wrong, Elsa didn’t have anyone to teach her differently

the first time I ever watched frozen I was on a Disney cruise ship and my mom and dad were out to dinner. I was bored as hell in my room and i didn't feel like going to the teen center so i saw that frozen was playing that night and I said fuck it. grabbed a bag of popcorn, a soda, and some candy . watched the movie and the animation was nice and some of the music was catchy but man was the movie boring IMO. The second time I watched frozen was at my house. It was on demand and my sisters friends came over and i told then how much i hated the movie. So, they tied me to a chair and made me watch frozen. i didn't talk too my sister for 2 days cause of that

For the record Elsa was supposed to be the villian in this movie but because of the song Let it Go they changed her to the protagonist. Also I love that the trolls were like "fear is gonna fuck everything up, so learn to control your shit" and her dad heard "right so make her afraid of her powers and never learn to actually use and control them"
