Invincible's based off a comic series (that I haven't read) and I imagine that the show's following that.. so it'll likely go as far as that does. Currently, there's 144 monthly comics that've been released so - I'd guess that there's plenty to go and lots more to see! :) We just have to hope that Amazon will continue to produce and host the show.

I'm guessing that you've never listened to Slayer - but yeah, one of their big songs is Raining Blood. It's fuggin' dope. lol, those jets didn't even puncture Omni-Man's suit. Omni-Man doesn't feel any love for any human. Mark is half human and half Viltrumite, and he's also his offspring. Both Mark and Omni-Man are invincible. All of this damage that he's doing to his son will be healed in no time, or at least in comparison to how quickly we heal. No, the aging thing kicks in during adulthood, I believe. Sorta similar to how mutants develop powers/abilities during puberty. That's why Mark's aged into a teenager like every other human would. Chances are that because he's half human he'll continue aging at a quicker pace than a typical Viltrimite. Yeah, they're all as strong as he is. Omni-Man's a warrior class Vultrimite though so he's been trained and raised to be a killer. This is a cartoon, not anime. A damn entertaining one that's obviously geared toward adults rather than children. But yeah, that's what this show's classified as.

Even if it's pointless he still tries to help people because that's who he is. Ironically he said earlier in the season that he wanted to be just like his dad, and he is actually more Omni-Man (what the people thought Omni-Man was) than Omni-Man.

And I have to say, if you like Invincible because of how brutal it can be, you definitely should dip into Anime. There are many Animes that have very brutal stuff. But aside from that there are just tons of Anime that are really good overall that I would definitely recommend.

Plus, since he is half human and his powers kicked in later, I'm sure that also had something to do with it. He'll probably look like he's in his late 20's early 30's for hundreds of years, due to the Viltrumite dna.
