Maybe I was just in a really good mood, but I truly think this film is GOLD! What do you guys think about this movie?

We adopted a cat right after we saw this movie for the first time. My daughter got to name it. She was deciding between Legless (the cat had all 4 legs) or Puppy. She decided on Puppy and to this day loves messing with people when she talks about her cat. She's a bit of a sick puppy and I love it. (Pun intended. )

Calling Astrid, Carol is the funniest fucking thing I've heard all day 🤣 LFG

Katsuki BakuGOAT

wait where is the rest of the trilogy?

MINURU

do you think you will react to the rest of the trilogy?? I came here to watch the full reaction, lol

Nova Amore

it's the music....and the cinematography, the dialogue, call backs.

Abhishek Amol

This is a Dreamworks movie, so you might wanna make a "Dreamworks Collection"

Saulo Desouza Jr.

I LOVE this franchise!! Netflix has a series called How to Train Your Dragons: Race to the Edge. It has the same voice cast and the time frame is based between movies 1 and 2.

Michelle Booth

this franchise is one of my favourites ever!! the combination of music, story, and the development of these characters genuinely makes me cry every single time, i just get so overwhelmed by how GOOD it is. chris sanders has worked on so many of the great disney animated classics (tarzan, mulan, lion king, etc.). he also directed "the croods" franchise, another banger, plus both him and dean deblois (the other director) previously worked on "lilo & stitch" together!

Alex, if you fall in love with these movies, you def need to check out Universal Epic Universe! It is a brand-new theme park coming to Orlando, FL in summer of 2025 and will have a How to Train Your Dragon entire land with rides, shows, and more in the park!

Ben Drummond

I agree with you in that the whole entirety of the trilogy is pure gold. I think especially, the third movie ties everything up really nice.

Ben Drummond

The is is one of my favorite movies and the entire trilogy is gold. They have done a few tv series that I watch a little of and recently a more modern day take with dragons that talk. I didn't get into that at all. The movies are gold while the TV series would be good to watch with children, not likely on my own.

Andrew Freeman

Disney/Pixar/DreamWorks

I thought I was going to watch this on Amazon prime video as well then I immediately got an ad. Purchased on YouTube it is!

Andrew Freeman

Alex interesting you said he is like a gaint cat. Because toothless is based on a cat.

Thomas

Less than 30 minutes in and I got my wish! What a great reaction. So glad you liked it, Alex!!! Now you gotta watch the rest of the trilogy!

Kate Hanson

The main reason I'm here is to see Alex go "beep beep!" while giving Toothless scritches <3 <3 <3

Kate Hanson

We better see #2 next week or we're throwing hands

Trey

Most definitely one of my fave animated movie series, along with Shrek lol

Stef

Is it blurring out the screen for you guys as well?

AJ

The whole series is just as good if not better. Highly recommend!!

Shelby Gentry

garrett

Shannon

You're not alone, I feel the goosebumps every time too!! 'How to Train your Dragon' 2 & 3 are also worth a watch too.
