I read a book years ago that said that life is just a series of ups and downs so when you're in the "downs", if you can just remember that an "up" is always on its way, you can just start being happy in that fact. Also, it said that most always when we are in the middle of a bad situation, it looks so bleak, but in the future, if we look back on that situation it probably lead you to something better eventually, so if you see all situations like that, then you can just learn to be positive, productive and calm during bad times in your life because you know it's going to lead to something better eventually. Thanks again for the great content! Love your reactions and just your personality and life philosophy. It's refreshing! Looking forward to more of Hefner in 2024!!!
