Teddy Stillwell, the kid that teleported or whatever, is the kid of Madelyn Stillwell who got killed at the end of Season 1 by Homelander. What Vicky and Edgar were talking about with "cleaning the scene" was the end of last Episode when Vicky killed the dude in the alleyway. After she killed him she made a Call that someone should come and that call was towards Edgar to clean up the alleyway to get rid of the dead body. The PR guy that pitched A Trains idea to Ashley is the same guy that was in the Anonymous Group, where the people talked about their injuries they took from interaction with Supes in Season 1, that Butcher and Hughie went to. Where the PR guy was at too, and the told the Group that he had sex with a Supe with Ice powers and when she came he was still insider her and it froze his dick off. Thats why A Train said "You have no dick". You were wondering if Butcher knew if he was Bulletproof, but can see that Butcher was surprised when he got shoot, so he didn't knew that he was bullet proof. Also Alex not knowing that Homelander wasn't born normally but made in a Lab xD When it was said multiple times during the show.
