I almost never cue up at the very beginning (may be 5 seconds in on the show or reaction, and cue up either or according to the time stamp. Also I pause a bit, and sometimes my reaction video scrolls a little ahead when I hit play, so it is super easy to see if I am still synced up or not. This way sucks big time.
