That's right. I forgot he did say that. Wonder if he was telling the truth.

During the finale of Season 1, He Who Remains mentioned that he's from the 31st Century, so definitely not the kid from the 1800's.

Oof ya, that first two minutes with an unannounced restart of the video and the PIP doesn't restart. Preview before you render ma dude. The intro was the Marvel theme song done in rag-time music which was popular around the time of most of the episode (1893). Not sure if you noticed but when Rennslayer first went back and dropped off the book, it was on the sacred timeline. When Mobius & Loki went back it was now on a branch caused by the book drop. That is not a young He Who Remains, it is a young Victor Timely. They are variants of each other. Fun fact, Marvel Comics started out being called Timely Comics. When Mobius and Loki first wen to 1868 and paused in their walk, it is in front of the window Rennslayer dropped the book in. They guy that Victor placed the money under the hat of was a plant to drive up the price.

Yes, He Who Remains and Miss Minutes built the Citadel. That’s how he removed himself from all timelines. I believe the kid who was given the TVA guidebook was “supposed” to become He Who Remains. But since he got the book, he became Victor Timely instead. Next week could easily rule that out.

Brian Stanaland

before i get started, about where did it go off? and how did you get it back on track?

Robert Miller

He Who Remains is NOT on the sacred timeline... bc he's not on ANY timeline. The Citadel at the end of time, like the TVA, exists outside of time and space.

I managed to sync up, I absolutely love the way this season is going!! I can't wait to watch episode 4 with you!

Allen Werner

Is anyone else finding the commentary several minutes behind? It started correct then reverted back the intro.

Allen Werner

This episode is a total mindfuck when you think about it. When Renslayer showed up in 1868 she was on the sacred timeline. The timeline that has He Who Remains. She gave the book to young Victor Timely which created a branch. Which means there will be no He Who Remains. Which means no TVA. And no guidebook for Renslayer to give to young Victor. LOL

Brian Stanaland

Be ready for tomorrow, episode 3 of the boys is messed up
