TIme for one of the most hated movies in all of X-Men history... which I honestly didn't think was too bad. This was definitely more of me talking shit throughout the movie, so if that is more your speed, you'll love this reaction!

It didn't seem like you were ever really giving it a fair shot, and the reaction to Rahne and Dani seemed wildly homophobic, they're not "pre-pubescent" they're like 16-18 (the actors were like 20-22 when filming). Can't imagine you'd see a boy and a girl that age kiss and have that kind of reaction to it...

2023-10-22 00:45:57 +0000 UTCThe sudden arrival of the huge bear at the end really wasn't out of nowhere. The "Demon Bear" was foreshadowed and explained throughout the movie in Dani's story. People love to hate this movie, FAR more than it deserves.

2023-10-17 20:32:19 +0000 UTCI enjoy this movie. It has its faults, for sure. And it should be a lot better. The movie was finished in 2017 and set to be released in April 2018. The year before Dark Phoenix. Then the Disney-Fox deal got going and neither wanted to market and release the film. Disney brought the director back and had him re-edit it. He wasn't even allowed to do any re-shoots. FYI - Illyana is Colossus' younger sister.
