Lol. This episode was pretty strange. I don't know what the fuck was up with the frog dude. He made me laugh and cringe really hard! Hard to believe we only have one more of these episodes after this one! I actually really can't believe that at all!
I am starting to see why people don't like this show, but at the same time, I can totally see why people love this!

Daredevil’s suit was yellow and a very dark red, usually drawn and colored as yellow and black, with a large red “D” on an otherwise black torso. This was in issues 1 - 6. His suit was changed to all red with two Ds in issue #7. This was all the way back to, I think (?) 1964. Leap Frog is a long-time enemy of Daredevil, and was not the brain-dead joke he was depicted as here. He’s also not, in my opinion, the lamest DD villain in the comics. That honor has to go to Stilt Man. Of course, all that silliness went out the window once Frank Miller took over. Miller (I think it was written and drawn by Miller) did have one issue where Daredevil battles the Hulk, trying his best to get Hulk out of the city so he won’t do any more damage. It’s an amazing story, with Matt doing whatever he can, but he ends up battered to a bloody pulp…obviously.

2023-07-15 07:29:42 +0000 UTCThe fourth wall breaking is part of the She-Hulk character and it's what's a specific trait of this show (and the character in the comics). It's not a fantastic show, compared to the other ones, but it's still an enjoyable experience. I'm loving the Daredevil episodes.

2023-07-15 06:41:46 +0000 UTCMatt Murdock/Daredevil's official entry into the MCU! This Daredevil outfit is more of a closer match to his comic outfit. It was never used in the Netflix series. She-Hulk character in the comic has a history of one night stands as well. She-Hulk breaking the 4th wall (talking to the audience) happens all the time in the comics. She is very self aware of being a comic character. Doing it as much in this show is more than relevant. I don't think anyone will disagree that this isn't a fantastic show. It is certainly entertaining as you said, and gives a different take on someone trying to live their new daily life as a Hulk that we didn't get with Bruce in any of the other Hulk movies. Looking forward to you seeing the finale!

2023-07-14 21:39:49 +0000 UTCI can understand why you might not enjoy Jen’s fourth wall breaks, but like with Deadpool, it’s an integral part of who that character is in the comics. It works better in some instances than in others but I’m overall glad they committed to that aspect of She-Hulk. Also, Matt is a player and always has been. He doesn’t do the walk of the shame, he does the stride of pride. This definitely isn’t my favorite Marvel Disney+ show, but I always had a lot of fun with it and the finale is just nuts.
