2023-01-06 14:49:03 +0000 UTCSide note, and Alex can ignore this: It's actually interesting to see how the success of Daredevil/Punisher changed Agents Of SHIELD in later seasons. It's no coincidence that S4 went a bit darker after the 1st few seasons of the Netflix shows took off.

2023-01-05 22:55:32 +0000 UTCNot true. Daredevil and all the other ‘Netflix’ shows were made by Marvel Television/ABC studios. Technically not Marvel STUDIOS, but still Marvel. Netflix just paid for the exclusive streaming rights, which recently expired.

2023-01-05 12:51:14 +0000 UTCTechnically speaking, Netflix didn't 'make' this... it was done by ABC Studios/Marvel Television, same production studio that did Agents Of SHIELD, Agent Carter, among a few other things. Netflix just wound up being the ones who got the streaming rights to a handful of the shows, and those shows were the ones that wouldn't have flown on ABC prime time haha.

2023-01-05 09:49:25 +0000 UTCIn regards to "Marvel doesn't get dark", this series was made by Netflix with a little help from Marvel. The MCU you have enjoyed up until now has been 100% Marvel, and a different team. Those who worked on the Netflix series largely did not work on the MCU.
