I started the day with some abs and cardio before beginning to clean out my closet space. It was a slow afternoon process… I took a break to walk my dog and eat some snackies ☺️ I’m taking some time now to stretch out my limbs as they’ve gotten pretty tight with all my working out 😫… it’s your turn to share! 🎤

2023-07-04 05:55:46 +0000 UTCSame day as usual, Wake up at like 11 but not get out of bed until 12 (I’m trying to fix that I swear, I’ve deadass been going to bed at 3-4 AM since summer started it’s bad 😭😭😭) then I did my regular morning-afternoon routine then went to work which wasn’t bad then got home and relaxed (Btw my life is very boring so little to nothing exciting happens so I don’t have many stories to tell, I’m just a very stay at home person other than work ofc) but yeah hope your day was good!
