Some of these come from the mod request form (Make sure to submit it and READ the instructions) I've denied about 20 submissions today.
Wellness Retreat Event - It sounds like the request is to allow Sims to do a variety of activities like Yoga, meditation, drinking water, light incense and etc.
Eat Cake Holiday Tradition - Sims would be able to Grab a cupcake or Grab a piece of Cake.
Hopeless Romantic Trait - Hopeless romantics passionately seek their soul mate. They want romance, true love and surround themselves with cheesy romantic television and novels.
Complains about In-Laws (Mean interaction) - This would only be available on Sims who are spouses.
