Mod Support

Good Morning my friends!

As we all know mod support is very important. There's a few ways you can reach me and I will let you know of my preferred methods. My preferred methods are any of the three below but how you reach me may be up to you.

Tawk Chat- Use my chat and if I am online you will know it because the message at the screen will say I am offline. If I am offline you can leave a message there or submit the report errors/question form below. As long as I am online, I will generally grab your message right away and connect with you directly.

Report Errors/Questions Form - Use this if you don't want live help but just want to let me know a mod isn't working or if you have a general question. You can use the chat also for this but if you don't want to chat, just drop it in here and I will email you back. Timetable is usually 24-72 hours on this form.

Discord - I have a support team there that tests my mods and help with questions. I usually keep Discord running up, so if you have a question you may get an answer soon but sometimes Discord doesn't show messages appearing for me right away. It's glitchy.

Email - You can email me at KiaraSims4Mods@gmail.com, this is the main email I will be moving all my stuff to do in due time.

Patreon Message -This is one form of communication I am not the biggest fan of. Like the comments it can get lost in translation. So if you're sending me a message on here, I may re-direct you to the above and it's hard to give mod assistance over Patreon as you can't attach images and it's back/forth for hours with no response time.

Youtube - Please do not ask for mod support on Youtube. I will 100 % always re-direct you.

Twitter Messages - Same as Youtube. It's just inconvenient.

Anything else not mentioned above is likely inconvenient too.

I know currently these are a lot of options but don't panic about it. Just contact me in any of the three ways at the top above. It's highly unlikely, I won't respond to you. I want to say if you're leaving a mod error on a post, it's highly likely I don't see it. There's so many mods that it can get lost and looking through notifications it shows a bunch of likes with it. So please use my chat, forms, or discord to report a broken mod.

I know sometimes I try to be straight forward and I can be a little cranky. But maybe this will start off with a guide to help all of us.
