Vote on possible upcoming mod?

Stock Market - When Sims are in the Business Career, Investor track they can invest in stocks but this mod would allow Sims who are not in the business career to invest in the stock market.
Pell Grant - For Sims who are in University who need extra money. They would use the phone OR computer and come back with some extra funds to use for college. It works differently than loans, you don't have to pay the money back.
