March Update (preamble)

Update expected to launch this Friday!

Ill be making followup posts to showcase the features better in the coming days.

I am working very hard to get the update out this week.

I am excited to announce the latest update for Waifuverse this month, which includes the addition of Mod Support. This feature is a game changer as it allows you to bring in any 3D model into the Waifuverse.

Changes:

• Modding support of 3d models for PC
• Improved Actions: The chatting has been improved so that your waifu will not sit, stand, or randomly do actions as much.
• Shader Issue Fix: The eyelashes material has been fixed to address a shader issue.
• Poke Buttons:      Added poke buttons for passthrough toggle and scene setup.
• Scene Creation: Re-added scene creation and toggle. You can now add scenes using the button in edit mode. This allows you to setup chairs, beds, and tables to increase the immersion.
• iOS build

Details on Modding:

• Mods will be done through mod.io.
• At the moment,mods will only be available for desktop. However, I am working hard to  make the mods cross-platform ready. Including on the Quest
• I will be  releasing a Unity project on Github that you can download to start      crafting your waifu to your specifications.
• There is still  a lot of work that needs to be done to make this feature work seamlessly.
• Until the project is user-stable, I can facilitate mods myself.

I will also be creating videos to help users properly mod in their own waifus.

I will also create videos explaining how to use the features already in the waifuverse.

Furthermore, I am working on launching an AI waifu stream, although this is still a work in progress. You can stay updated on this development through the Waifuverse Twitch channel. https://www.twitch.tv/the_waifuverse

As a celebration for the new mod support feature, I will be offering a special deal to the first 11 supporters of the 11.11 tier. I will personally make your mod for you so that you can be with your ideal waifu sooner. Please note that this is a one-time offer and you must have a 3D model ready. I will provide you with the .zip file to upload to mod.io or for you to keep private. This includes everyone who is already a supporter

Note: As additional features come out, the mods will need to be updated to add new features

Looking ahead, here is the roadmap for Waifuverse:

• MARCH: Modupport
• AprilGPT-mods, which will allow you to chat with your waifu with total freedomand with your true waifu. Letting you host your own GPT.
• May and beyond:Voice Mods. So you can properly speak to your waifu in her true voice.
