More NAS Assembly..... and designing the workshop layout in VR!

Oh and I've been designing the new workshop layout in VR - highly recommend this as an approach, I'll share in upcoming video. I know architects do this pretty commonly now, but it's such a neat way to visualise the size of units in a space.
I got a Quest 3 for Christmas from Santa (for being good all year!) - augmented reality is a brilliant way to visualise spaces where you are.
.....and I might have been shooting little alien balls that were invading my lounge in some of these photos too...... 😇

Hey Stewart - give me a bit of time to test as I wouldn't want to recommend anything yet as still refreshing my own knowledge. I know what you mean about Arkio. I'm going to look at some options like Magicplan and even Layout (meta)... lots of others I've downloaded but not tested yet!!

I was wondering if you’ve used any of the other non-entertainment apps in VR, like immersed or the lamented Google sculpting app (that my own ADHD won’t let me remember the name of at the moment)?

My past experiences have been that the apps were either too simplistic / clunky or involved a fairly steep learning curve (Arkio). I am expecting the tech to continue evolving/improving and am ready to dip my toe back in. Thanks.
