Walnut PC case update!!
Added 2024-07-25 08:28:49 +0000 UTCThis is yet another project I'm working on in the background - the hard bit is now done, rough shape carved, and glue up done for the shell cover.
I now need to just construct the interior and start getting creative! Lots of hand sanding and shaping still required, so I'll update on that in the coming weeks!
I'm getting excited about this one.... ;)

2024-07-26 10:27:22 +0000 UTCNah, I'm thinking of doing them with wood - planning to cut out the motherboard mount in walnut ply next from the ASUS technical diagrams (hope I get all those screws in the perfect spot!! Was planning a two cavity case with a magnetic mount for the cable cover side so I can easily access the cables.... might even design some custom Underware cable covers..... ;)

Is it going to be a 1 cavity case or 2 so you can hide the wires behind the motherboard? I’m looking forward to this project for you, how fun and a great looking case!
