Thoughts On Tier Readjustments & Gauging An Attempt On Re-engaging with an Old Original Story of Mine

I'm going to be trying to roll out a few changes at a time over the next couple of months.

First change is a more regular public update schedule which involves standardizing the releases here.

I won't have a hard date, but I'll be endeavoring to release at least two chapters a month here for my various works.

Musubi tier gets releases one week before public release.

All other tier gets releases two weeks before public release.

Does that sound amenable?

Second change might be me trying to introduce polls. If I feel that I have time and energy for a free chapter outside of the ones I'm already working on, people could vote in a poll for me to try and revive an old story for a bit.

Third change mostly concerns the 10$ patrons and it's mostly an apology.

I thought trying to share the google docs so people could watch me work as I write would be interesting, but I started forgetting to do that. I also feel that I wasn't really good at following through on that. I'll be deleting that from the pledge tier. I'm thinking of replacing it by allowing people at that tier first glances at art that I commission and even voting on what artpieces are done for what scenes.

tl;dr of changes i want to implement in February:

Tier 1 gets one week before public release.

Tier 2 and above gets two weeks before public release.

Polls will be a thing when I have extra energy and offer the chance for an old story to be revitalized.

10$ Tier and above will get first pick and voting priviledges on commissioned art.

I'm trying to gauge reception to these changes before February rolls around.

NOW ONTO THE ORIGINAL NOVEL IDEA

I'm going to be trying to revitalize an old original novel idea of mine. I'll be trying to focus on that one more which might mean fanfiction stories might fall to the wayside. I'm trying to build up a backlog of five chapters as of right now and I already have 2 and a 1/2 written.

Just wanted to give an update on that one. Two of the chapters for that one are already in my Snippets Thread on SB and SV. Look for Hide No More, Hare. The first two chapters are basically edited versions there, but I"ll be re-releasing edited versions soon-ish.

I'd also like to figure out a better way to do patron shoutouts.
Do you think making a google doc and having people sign themselves in would be good?
