For clarification, that first game, the missing "word" is an abbreviation of a phrase, which is what they had to guess. Sort of like "LOL" or "WTF", but in English, we use the first letter of each word. In Korean, words are written in syllable groups, so they can't break out a single letter the same way. A lot of times people will shorten phrases by only saying a single syllable of each word. That's what they're given as choices, and they have to chose the correct one, and then extend the phrase into the full answer correctly. You'll notice that the subtitles gave you the English first letters of the translation of the answer, which doesn't match the sounds they're saying. It can make it a little confusing sometimes. I was surprised that I was actually able to answer the first question myself, but only because they played a similar "guess the word" game in RUN BTS (you haven't gotten to that episode yet, so keep this game in your mind for later), and the word they were guessing - 애빼시 (eh-bbeh-shi), or "nothing without cuteness" actually came up, so I knew the word.
