This was tragedy of timing it came out right at covid so no true tour came of it

Adam was going to tour with it as well, and that might be why whatever the third video would have been didn’t happen. This album would have been a huge hit, but as I’m sure happened with other artists’ works fell by the wayside of shutdowns, etc… . Adam has performed several songs from it on and off through the years. Adam has been candid, however, that losing all that he had planned for “Velvet” sent him into a depression. Fairly soon after the world opened up again, Adam became an advocate for mental health issues, speaking candidly about his struggles with anxiety and depression. He meant the album to be retro. It is probably tied with”Ghost Town” for my favorite album of his.

I think teleportation would be fun, Because I could beam myself to every concert I would like to go to all over the planet. :-) Especially the Mars Concerts. It is a a long way from Germany to China. So that would be the coolest thing. :-) Would love that. :-)

Came out the same week as Covid lockdown and it was short of brushed under the rug - missed its day. Also… Nile Todgers from the Rises song on this album- you said he sounded fsmiliar- google Nile Rodgers - he was and still is iconic and produced and wrote so many big songs for artists in the 80’s. He wrote and produced Madonna’s Like a Virgin, Sister Sledge’s We Are Family, Daft Punk’s Get Lucky, David Bowie’s Let’s Dance, songs by Duran Duran, B52’s, and many more -plus was in the band Chic - Dude is a living legend!!! ❤️❤️.
