i've been lucky enough to attend concerts in the LY tour 2018 (indoor arenas in europe) and then wembley of LY:SY 2019. And yeah, since the sun sets so late, most of the concert at the stadium was in the light still. For us there in June sunset happened pretty much around after mic drop during the intermission. So when we did the army bomb wave around the stadium while waiting for them to come back with the encore that was when we were finally able to see our army bomb lights better. It was a bit sad because the "i'm part of the show!" aspect of the wonderful synced lightsticks is pretty much lost in the sunlight. But other than that, it's still a huge party, maybe more of a festival mood rather than evening concert, even if it's already after 9pm 😁

2024-05-07 06:46:30 +0000 UTCSo thanks for the reaction I really enjoyed this! 😁 and I totally get what you mean I usually prefer night concert too I think they have more atmosphere, but as usual our boys can pull of an epic concert no matter the time of day or night 😄 one of my fave performances that I find so special and soothing to watch is when they did for youth as part of the proof live. They are such talented performers and I think it's really cool that they have 3 different versions of mic drop that they change it up depending on which country they are in, and all 3 are just as impartial no matter what language they sing it in. Loved this performance

This was one of the first live performances I watched when I was first getting into BTS and trying to expose myself to as much of their live content as possible. Side note, Tear is in Korean while mic drop is in Japanese. My mind was blown by these performances; major goosebumps! This is hands down my favorite tear and mic drop live performances because of how much energy and how fierce they are in both performances.
