Regarding the tour, I just checked, the only not yet sold out shows are in New York, Chicago and Boston (all in May this year) I've been to one of their concerts in Germany and it was the best concert I've been to in my life so far. So if you can make it, go! About the full concert video: One of their concerts from 2022 was linked already. However they just had a full on movie of their Tekkno Tour in German, Austrian and Swiss cinemas and maybe that will be released to stream somewhere, I sure hope so!
