Just finished watching it! Big ups to Oo Pe as always for the subtitles! 🙇🏻🙇🏻 It’s hard to guess what they’re gonna play since it’s the first of its kind, but if I were to guess it’ll mostly be from the new album Luxury Disease with some of the older hits sprinkled in, kind of like the Luxury Disease concert you watched a few weeks ago. So if you’re gonna do another album reaction the latest one is probably a good choice…

It’s just something really special I think. 💙 It’s so hard to predict what they’ll do in the VS concert, they could pull out anything. But I think Make It Out Alive is a given, as is probably some from the newest album like Save Yourself or Vandalize. I think Wasted Nights is probably a given too. I’d be surprised if they didn’t perform The Beginning. But other than that? Can’t say. Taka said they wouldn’t perform Nobody’s Home again after the Ambitions Dome 2018 concert, but I could see them pull it out again now since his brother is there. They’ll probably do at least one song together. I think they might do some old rare ones for this occasion, which makes me so jealous lol. I think you should watch Eye of the Storm next. It’s their second newest album tour so might be good to check out more songs from there before you go if possible. Other concerts I hope you check out at some point are the Field of Wonder streamed concert and Mighty Long Fall 2014. They’re masterpieces too.

The second song, Jibun Rock is kind of a bad luck song for Taka because he rolled over during this version but in an earlier concert (This is my Budokan concert) he actually was singing upside down. In another concert he forgot the lyrics. Ryota's shirt said "Kiss My Bass." They did a total of 22 songs for this concert. There were 3 encores! When you get to Tokyo I hope you get to meet One OK Rock. I think Taka does check out reactions by people so I really hope he has been following you because you are definitely a great fan of the band.

For the next reaction I recommend Eye of the storm concert, my second favorite. The Vs concert I think it will be something special that no one can predict so I can't wait for it to come.

I can't imagine what the VS concert will be like. It's something neither band has done before, and it'll be extra special considering Taka and Hiro only recently had public interactions!

2023-10-19 23:09:30 +0000 UTCExcited with the covers. 🤩 Taka is definitely one of the best vocalist, not only because he can sing while running but also the fact that he’s so good at connecting with fans. He can deliver his messages in a very deep and emotional way, even just by talking. The song Nobody’s home is for his father. And since you will watch VS concert, Hiro also has a song “Home” which many fans believed a counterpart of Nobody’s Home. Hope they will play these 2 songs in Vs. I will never forget when I got to experience headbanging with other concert goers. It felt like we’re all united and connected with each other.

2023-10-19 16:51:52 +0000 UTCThe song Be the Light is for the victims of the Tsunami that killed many lives in 2011 in Japan.😢 The song after that where Taka played the guitar is called c.h.a.o.s.m.y.t.h. The message is 😭 so powerful. Taka wrote this for his friends and the title is their initials. But in 2020 this song will never be the same to Taka and for the fans. One of his friend in the initials, died at that time, few weeks before the field of wonder concert. That is why he said during the rehearsal in Flip a Coin, “I cannot sing through my tears”, if you remember that? he dedicated that performance to his late friend. And that was the saddest version of chaosmyth we have heard.
