Added 2023-09-14 19:21:26 +0000 UTCSo for anyone who doesn’t know, I have really bad ADHD, and i find that writing things down helps me tremendously! I like to visualize each thing, it gives them a physical presence to me and make things more manageable for some reason…
Either way, this is what we have coming up :)

Wow! Lots of concerts to come! I can't wait to see the Dimash concert with you. Personally, the one in New York is my favorite. It represents a great moment in Dimash's career. A concert full of emotion for him and his Dears. As for your to-do list, I'm like you, I need to write down what's on my mind. I like concrete things. Take care 💓

Not hyperactive (which is why it's gone under the radar for so long), just very selective focus. (I don't necessarily really believe in the classifications of things when it comes to ADD and a lot of things as they can be a lot more complex than that, and sometimes we're just born to do things that don't fit in with the usual requirements of society, but anyway.) An amino acid supplement L-tyrosine has been life changing for me. I'm not expecting you to look it up or anything and it may not be helpful for you but i could not not share as it's seriously helped me so much. Not constantly losing all my things and wondering where on earth everything is and what i was supposed to do next and wth i just did one minute ago has freed up so much space in my head..... Take care! :)

YouTube and Patreon should be fun, and relaxing and not a pile of workload like this. There is way too much going on and on that list is just a small piece of it.
