Tae is so funny he is in middle of nowhere in a other country and he smile and enjoy the scenery but me if I get into middle of nowhere in other country I’m panicking to cry

Funnily enough, I got lost in Stockholm exactly one year after the boys had been there! I recognized a square they were in (there was an LGBTQ+ flag hanging on the roof of a small restaurant!), but I didn't know who they were then, which I'm actually sad about :( Anyway, it was close to 1 am there when I got lost after I'd gotten out of a concert. The person I was with, we didn't really know each other, but we were rooming together (and waiting for our mutual friend to arrive from the US still), and so we had no choice but to figure it out. Our phones didn't work either. This was before you could just simply turn on international call and data from your carrier's app, so we were kinda...stuck. I was surprisingly calm because while we all know what the rhetoric of Stockholm was in the US during 2016/2017, I didn't believe it. And I'm glad I didn't. The city was mostly empty, and I didn't feel scared, and the people we did happen to run into were very friendly and helpful. I felt safer in Stockholm than I ever did in my 500,000 person city! Nobody here at home believes me about that part, but it was a pretty good experience despite getting lost lol 10/10 would get lost in Stockholm again xD

Meatballs in IKEA are very tasty. I have them whenever I shop in IKEA.

John, the airing of Bon Voyage episodes is not free. One can watch it through subscription with VLive. And even now, you really cannot watch the full episodes and behind the scenes of all Bon Voyage Series unless you pay a subscription on Weverse. So the copies floating around on social media are pirated copies. You can find copies on Daily Motion or Drama Cool and some on YT but in a lot of cases they are not complete, some episodes are shorter. You can only get the complete episodes and behind the scenes by purchasing a copy on VLive and now Weverse. I purchased all the BV series and they are permanent in your account hence the reason why I paid for them. Even the Burn The Stage, Break The Silence, Burn The Soul, and In The Soop 1 &2 you will have to purchase a copy on Weverse if you want to watch the complete videos.

My favorite country was Greece mostly because of the friendly people + you could sleep on the beeches with other backpackers from around the world.

And, John, I wish we could go traveling together. I think we would have fun. I like the idea of ARMY meetups to visit places that BTS has been. Or even meetups to watch concerts together. What kind of places have you been/want to go to? I just got back from Alaska (my first cruise). It was fun but I'm usually more independent and spontaneous. My family visited Spain at spring break to visit my one daughter who was studying abroad in Madrid. That was amazing.

This was fun to watch again. I love the scene with V. He's just going to make lemonade out of lemons and enjoy himself. I tend to try and enjoy all the mishaps when I'm traveling too. They ALWAYS end up being the best stories you can tell about the trip even if they aren't always the most fun at the moment. I typically travel with my family (husband and two young adult daughters) so sometimes it is stressful because my mistakes affect everybody and I don't like to let anybody down.

haha yeah same most of our furniture comes from IKEA- when we moved in our friends were joking our living room looks like an IKEA showroom XD Yes John they do have a cafe haha and they sell some food as well- going to IKEA is a whole trip! I think I'm ok wandering around looking at things as long as I have someone else with me who vaguely knows where they are going - otherwise I do struggle

Katie

ohhh you backpacked across Europe!? thats amazing! where was your favorite place to visit?

John Reaves

LOL I think there is one in TN somewhere that I've seen but is it not just a furniture store? they have food as well!? cause if so... I'm going! lol!!! And I totally get the anxiety when lost, I think for me if I have a place to be or something I get bothered by it, but if I'm vacationing, I am 100% ok with going where the world takes me lol

John Reaves

We have an IKEA in Oregon in the US. I love that store. 1/2 of my furniture is from there 😁. I’ve never eaten at the cafe though cause it’s always packed.

Jill Cardwell

Do you guys not have IKEA in the US? We have it in the UK and the meatballs are really famous 😄 I'm not surprised JK and Hobi wanted to eat them, it's an IKEA thing! Also when it comes to V's travelling 'adventures' I am the exact opposite to you. The first time I watched this episode I got irrational mad at him 😆 I think it's because I get lost really easily. I PANIC if I don't know where I am or where I'm going, so watching him triggered my anxiety so bad 😅

Katie

This is one of my favorite episodes of Bon Voyage and why I truly love the show. V is also my traveling bias! I once spent 3 weeks hiking through Scotland with no plan very carefree and just wandering (sorta I had taken the trip to be alone and work through a lot of emotional baggage which I did). He rolls with things in a way you rarely see, although poor guy did get scolded about it. The way everyone, especially Jimin, was in panic mode and he’s off skipping and looking for new adventures. Goals and can you imagine living with the personification of loving chaos that is him for a decade 😂🤣. Also bonus fo rather big meal they went to so much trouble to get was IKEA meatballs 😂🤣🙈

It was so fun to watch this again with you! Thank you! 💜💜💜My experience of backpacking in Europe is that most people are kind and will help you, so I just ask for help if I'm lost.
