The background vocals you hear are filmed individually to add to their songs. They do collaborations and OST’s individually and by units. They practice individually and as a group. They do Vlives as individuals. And much more. So they are going back to work as BTS. But in many capacities. (Hope this makes sense) Suga worked as a delivery person pre-debut.
