I am honestly super happy about the returnies. I was hoping Amelia was coming back she was my favorite since the character design drops and then Anastasia was so cute this ep. She was so giddy its nice to see the more harsh character act all childish around her crush. I also loved overall all the interactions we had especially zaid and Anastasia, logan and spencer and benji and tristen being goof balls. I hope Zaid and Marisa become friends too, they would have power duo friendship and alongside Anastasia they can get to final 6 easily. I feel as much I hate to admit it Anastasia is most likely next. I hope she wins but I have feeling now Marisa is back she won't last long or it will be Marisa next

Zaids story hits me hard almost cried as a son of immigrants we tried everything to make sure that our parents sacrifice was worth it. With everything going on with ice raids zaid story really got me emotional. people are scared and we got do everything possible to protect them and make them proud. Spencer and Logan are done they both decided to stay friends and he is willing to start communicate which is his biggest fears and finally apologizing to Diego and he forgives him I still think it’s not over yet so if He makes it to the final round and I’m pretty sure he will choose Diego as one as his helpers and it will be Tom and Jake all over again.

Tbh this episode was fun but I just wish we had a few more moments with some of the characters like Logan and Alessio catching up and more Trinji Moments and well I am happy Marissa and Amelie are back and I'm glad that Diencer got some closure I was expecting Ted or Diego or Tristan to come back, and I like that Benji gave Jade advice to opening up more and Isabel was amazing in this episode, but all in all I give this episode a 7.5

Zaid, Spencer and Hannah are all being set up for deep runs. I would be shocked if the Final 3 doesn't wind up being comprised of some combination of them plus Anastasia. Returnees are pretty much fodder to bolster Hannah and Ana's long-term chances; one of them likely makes it late in the game not unlike Connor in All-Stars - more likely Amelie given that she's had less development than Marissa. Jade's on her character redemption before elimination arc. Natalia's likely one of the next three to go. Logan's arc is pretty much done now that he's worked things out with Spencer and lost Richard. Isabel's win equity is pretty much in the toilet; my fave character of this season is clinging to a thread after this ep and will need to go full villain to have any shot at recovering - her target's just too big at this point after having the best team challenge performance, winning individual immunity and brazenly attempting to sabotage Marissa only for her to overcome it anyhow.

I'm gonna point this out, last season when they all said Goodbye after the comeback challenge, 2/3 of players still in the game who had a conversation when everyone left, ended up being finalists (Jake and Ally), and the comeback winners ended up winning the season as well. So, is it safe to assume that (and it's not all of them, but any of them could be) Isabelle, Hannah (This applies to her twice, actually), Zaid and/or Spencer might make it to the finals? Just something I noticed.

Honestly i dont like that Marissa came back cause Ted or even Alessio could’ve shined. At least it made senses 3 skill based Challenges. Ted flopped on the 2nd; Ace the 1st and probably would’ve won the third too (both required precision and hand skills like Ted does with those🃏). Amelie does deserve the comeback altho i feel like she’s just gonna get eliminated for Hannah to get comfortable of losing a friend.

Isabel's VA did a wonderful job on delivery she was the main comedy for me this episode with the OH MY GOD and the Lord forgive me for my sins now onto the returns I am not gonna lie psyched to have Amalie and Marissa back I really like the characters and the writing done for them but I was kinda rooting for Tristan but glad to see they and Benji have been getting along but yea loved the episode and the cliffhanger was awesome excited to see how this all turns out

Don’t flame me but I feel like the only reason they could have brung back Marissa (other than giving her more character development) is to also be a reason for Ana’s elimination. Man i agree, i really want Mathlete to happen. But the whole Diego and Spencer drama has things completely up in the air now. Also with how Logan seemed to just want to figure out his sexuality. Like it feels like either they actually are breaking Diego and Spencer apart and lets Mathlete come in a swoop Spencer into a new ship. (Or maybe even a third new ship will come in) Or Logan and Spencer will completely friend zone each other and Diancer will be a sort of situationship that will go on just like TomJake. Ok I was WAY off on who was coming back. I’m fine with Amelie, I guess she can offer a more villainous role, and hey it’s a win for Hannah, which she needs. Plus maybe this will help Hannah’s growth, she may have to betray Amelie at some point for the game. As for Marissa, I don’t know why she came back, honestly she felt done to me. I’m hoping that Anastasia with her time apart from Marissa becomes more Assertive and makes the plan, rather than blindly following Marissa. I wanted Tristan/Ivy back but it is what it is. It was a good episode as well, giving lots of focus to others.

I don’t think Spencer and Logan are over. I found it weird that Spencer wanted to say something and Logan quickly friendzoned himself. Spencer did say he not ready but didn't rejected him. Logan i feel like he’s doing it out of regret and maybe thinks he hurt him plus the Goldenchild storyline from episode 9 hasn’t been brought up again yet. Goldenchild is the perfect person and people have expectations; maybe Logan is bi and likes Spencer/boys, his fear. As it may idk his career? Plus 7 girls now and 3 guys both are def for some time safe so their must be a plot for them. Also greeting avoiding a father question off. SPOILERS (also no hate to odd nation cartoons) im disappointed. i was literally so excited for this episode and it was honestly not that good. i am still mad about the trinji interaction. like before this came out for me i was going insane bc i thought my favorite ship would become canon, i was reading fanfics and everything. and they didnt. they interacted once. istg if they become canon off screen someones getting sued. a ton of the characters werent their best. jade was pretty good for the 5 seconds of screentime she had but i feel like they pushed alot of characters aside for the diencer plot, and i honestly wasnt happy with that. tristan and benji are my personal favorites and tristan got like 5 lines😭😭 marissa and amelie both had complete plots. amelie coming back completely defeats hannahs purpose because quoting hannah, “there arent friends in this game, only players.” and i feel like if her friends came back she would be distant and that crap. but no. also amelies plot was complete😭😭 why did marissa come back?? she had no reason to come back besides yuri. like i get you not wanting to upset the yuri lovers but like really?? marissa? why?? ted is confirmed to not have any purpose and to solely be comedic relief. which im mad about. the merge is lacking a villan, and ted couldve filled those shoes. also he was extremely unfinny this episode i feel like im hating on this episode way too much, but they did write spencer really good and i love how he was just begging for forgiveness and diego was just like “haha no.” overall, i didn’t enjoy this that much. they did really good with some things but a lot of other things they just fumbled on 4/10 sorry onc but this was kinda disappointing

Cool high stakes. I didn’t expect THOSE two to return, but I’m glad they did. Glad that Emily finally returned. I miss seeing her test challenges. Isabel was hilarious being Marissa’s rag doll. Tristan and Ivy’s farewells were pretty cringe. Glad Diego and Spencer parted amicably. Hopefully that means they’ll have different romantic partners. Zaid and Anastasia’s heart to heart was pretty epic, albeit a little cheesy. 9.8/10

Thoughts: I liked how silly and goofy a lot of the eliminated characters were this episode. They've all been taking notes from Benji and Tristan and I'm living for it, I knew there was reason I liked the whole lot of them, it probably helped that many were my favourites this season though. Thoughts: That conversation between Zaid and Anastasia was really something and I see them both in an even better but much more different light now. Anastasia's lost love, family and career back home in Russia really opened my eyes to why she's so guarded and protective of herself while Zaid's love for his mother is alluded to be only in spirit instead of body now as it sounded like she passed away. It was amazing to see their vulnerable side again and Let's hope we continue to see that for both of them now that we've got out returnees back.

⭐️I Just Noticed A Resemblance From DC4 & AS! In All Stars, Riya Showed No Sign Of Help To Get Connor Back In The Game. Like Riya Helped A Little In The Challenge But Not So-Much. And In DC4, Isabel & Marissa We’re Partners, Isabel Purposely Performed Horribly In The Challenge To Not Let Marissa Return To This Game But At least She Had A Reason. Thoughts: Spencer was more mature about handling last episode's kiss than I thought he'd be and it's good that he actually opened his mouth and said something this time around. Something tells me that we haven't seen the last of this ship just yet though. I'm also glad Diego got everything off his chest, it took guts for him and Spencer to clear the air and find some closure and acknowledge their mistakes and well wishes for the future. Now my loveable hunk Diego can sleep in peace. At least Spencer learned his lesson from Diego with how he handled Logan so good news I guess.

Thoughts: Ooh, I did not see these comeback returnees coming. For a while, it was geared up to be ___ and _____ as they were yhe obvious choices but once again, Odd Nation Cartoons proved to be masters of surprise as well as geniuses. Sure if it wasn't ___ or _____, it could have easily been _______ who is one of my favourites this season and what do you know, it came to fruition. ______ I wasn't expecting at all as I felt their arc was wrapped up when they were first booted but it will be good to see where this goes for them and hopefully they can play the game better with this second chance. We got our two comeback stars, now the only question is, what does the game's future hold?

I will say, having mathlete and diencer be turned down in this episode, I found that to be the most satisfying end. I know there's still some hint of mathlete considering the Spencer and Logan talk, but I feel that their ship would be coming too late at this point, especially now that the girls hold strong 7-3.

I fear disventure camp will fall into the trap of previous seasons of “unexpected = good”. Just because a story ends the expected way doesn’t meant it’s a bad thing. Shock and awe on first watch is only good for the first watch. I’m not saying unexpected is always bad or that expected is always good either, just that this show has had a bad history with unexpected endings, especially coming from season 3. Season 1 did it good, season 2 barely did it, and season 3 botched it completely.

Spoilers: AMELIE IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought she chances of coming back were a bit low but THE QUEEN proved me wrong. Now onto the episode: I'm satisfied with how Diego and Spencer were handled. And Logan clearing things about the kiss was nice and a good setup for Spencer and Diego. Tied up a loose end and left that dynamic with a satisfying conclusion. Ted was really funny and I wish he came back to show what he's capable of, but hopefully in a new season he'll get his moment. My yuri is back but I'm a little worried for what will happen with Anastasia's more cutthroat game and how Marissa will react to it. Could say more but ima wrap it up. Amazing episode

It seems that both of the “surefire” picks ended up not happening. Honestly though, maybe that is for the best. Players like Alessio, Ted, and Tristan will probably be better served on a future season. If the endgame is Isabel as the main antagonist then Ted would be a bit pointless to add back. Unless they wanted the two of them to work together, but that would probably just end with Ted getting eliminated again. Honestly, a season full of players that didn’t get as much focus could be fun. Throw in people like Nick, Rosa Maria, Dan, and Tess and we could have ourselves a very interesting line up.

I really hope Spencer and Logan do come together. We learn that Spencer did feel guilt about Diego and was sorry for what happened. And I’m happy for the friendship of Logan, but after revealing not wanting to be together, Spencer did seem off. He seemed to hold Logan tighter while hugging and still sad about unresolved feelings. My guess is he’s learned from Diego of being vulnerable again, and being with Logan has opened that again, but now I fear feelings have flipped with now Spencer could grow feelings while Logan focuses on just being friends. As Diego said Spencer will find someone.

RIP Ted he was never meant to be anything more than a comedic punching bag ;o; , i was right about marissa being one of the returnees but not for the right reason lol, diego and spencer got their closure that they needed and im guessing we wont see any more between spencer and logan, ivy, richard, and benji being the first 3 to lose the challenge as well as being the most recent elims makes sense, i honestly thought ted was going to betray lynda to get further but it worked the other way around, nice to see alessio and nat bond, tristan was so close but glad theyll have benji, OUR QUEEN AMELIE IS BACK which is a surprise considering how shes making an appearance in tomjake so i didnt expect her to return but it does make sense for hannah as she doesnt have any allies to work with though i hope the advice nat gave her doesnt change her for the worst, 7 girls and 3 boys, even bigger girls alliance, hopefully they dont stick with that, i believe amelie will be targeting jade and will work with the guys to achieve that, and with the inclusion of marissa maybe cause split votes since isabel isnt too fond of anarissa in the competition, i do think were gonna lose a female in the next elim though either being nat or ana, it feels like everyone in the game has resolved a lot of their problems and given us a lot of backstory so im unsure how things will move forward but cant wait to see how it all turns out

So by default ranking, Lynda is now canonically the worst ranked female player in DC:COC. Way to go Amelie and Marissa for sticking it to her! Alright, time to discuss the characters, which is quite a bit with all 18 returning: Zaid: Wow, he’s really opened up as more of a favorite in the eyes of many with his heart to heart with Anastasia, and also keeping the vibe real with his vibe tribe again. Spencer: Glad to see for the first time he’s lost any sort of egotistical confidence he had before. He’s mild of like Sam from survivor 47, where he had power but lost it during the merge after pre merge, ultimately having to work with others in order to find a way forward. At least he’s not getting with Logan or Diego, as those two deserve people much better than him. Also gotta love the recommended dose of pain being delivered to him this episode with the canon ball. Isabel: Oh yeah, she’s definitely trying to be a player for sure. I do find it very humorous how she tried everything in her power to stop Marissa from joining the game since it does basically ruin her all girl’s alliance pack plan with a power couple in the merge, and her being carried and thrown about by Marissa like that was very fun to watch. Can’t wait to see what more of the nun does next episode. Natalia: She had such a joyous adorable energy this episode (yes, even more adorable than Tristan). Glad she chose someone like Alessio to give him a chance when the others wouldn’t. Anastasia: Even though they both are in the entertainment industry, Ivy knew how to handle loss better than Anastasia, like two sides of the same coin. I did enjoy her backstory for why she left Russia and how she became more real with herself. I can already imagine with her jumping onto her future giant gf’s body on the growing very happily so like that in the end, she’ll be pulled back from any sort of evil arc in her future. Hannah: I sense she’s going to get eliminated pretty soon. Idk why, maybe it’s just the Hannah curse because of the fact Amelie is back and can’t be affected twice, so naturally Hannah would be gone not too long after either. Glad to see that even if she didn’t get her Benji pick, she still had a great relationship with Amelie after all that they’ve been through together. Logan: Glad his whole arc moving forward isn’t going to be so focused on Spencer anymore. Now we can see our favorite swimmer show off his overall skills. Also, I think his screen time with Spencer was so powerful, it took up all of Richard’s importance this episode as well. Jade: She’s been really opening up more about herself lately during the merge. She’s not so strategic focused and more focused on how SHE feels in general. Glad she and Benji don’t have any bad blood and can possibly even go out to hang out a comic con convention with him and his future love Tristan. They would make for quite a powerful cosplay trio indeed. Lynda: She still is as slippery as ever. Gaining help from others and throwing them under the bus. She knew was she was doing when she teamed up with Ted. Glad she didn’t return as that would just really mess with Anastasia in general. Alessio: I swear, every episode he’s in, he’s only surprising us more and more with amazing evolution of his overall character. He should definitely comeback for a future season indeed. His and Natalia’s partnership this episode was very memorable indeed for two people who have a great sense of artistic style. Benji: Yooooo, Romeo over here be making more moves to get with Tristan. Can’t wait to see the losers motel episode where they finally both get together. Anyways, Benji as Benji will always be Benji, and that’s why he’s lots of people’s favorites, and I can see why. Tristan: Dang, really wanted them to return, but I enjoyed my number 1 again after them being gone for quite a bit from the game. Nothing more to say than they are so cool and deserve happiness. Also, they technically did beat Richard in something physical for once with the darts, so that’s a win too. Ted: He showed that individually he had some skills, but when led mistakenly by Lynda, he got hit pretty hard with the cannonball to his own defeat. Be definitely had potentially to make it far, but at least he played a pretty decent hand of a game. Ivy: I was still wandering the most during the selection process why she was so secretive about the Tristan change up, and after she threw the challenge to allow her friends to make it though, it did make sense with her character. She was much like Tess last season, just wanting her friends to be happy even during the failure of success during a comeback challenge during the early start of it. Zaid picked an amazing girl for sure! Richard: I sometimes forgot he was in the episode until Logan mentioned him like once. Diego: Didn’t really like his whole reasoning was to be acceptive for love back then, and even now, it’s hard to say if he even deserved to want to come back because he didn’t WANT to really come back that badly. Marissa and Amelie wanted to win the most and it wasn’t because they did or didn’t deserve it, it’s because they WANTED IT! That’s how you win this game, and Diego just couldn’t summon that inner confidence in his huge strong body enough to win in the end. Marissa: She really had to earn her comeback this episode. Through darts, humorously carrying Isabel throughout the whole challenge, and even getting her reward of reuniting with Anastasia, she truly deserved to return back to the game, and can’t wait to see how she plays differently in the individual stage than she did for playing with teams pre-merge. Amelie: I know a lot of people are going to like the fact that Amelie is back. This will make her appearance in Tom and Jake season 2 even more powerful based on how far she gets here. I do also enjoy how much she’s evolved while staying true to herself, such as valuing friends and connections in order to do well within this game. Hope she gets far in this game for how much potential she has to show us. Also, given the ratio of male to female is 3 vs. 7, I’d imagine we’ll lose like 2-3 females before an opportunity to eliminate someone like Logan or Spencer arises. Natalia and Jade seem like people who could be the most at risk, but we’ll get to that bridge when we get to it. Overall, a very great comeback episode and whoever came back definitely deserved and wanted it more than Connor did last season. Can’t wait for the next episode with our final 10 2.0 version of the season.

Alright, this was a great episode! I'm glad to see Marissa and Amelie back in it, too. Didn't expect Amelie, but, we'll see how this goes. As for Diego and Spencer, this I feel was the best way for their arc to end on a good note, both realizing their mistakes and departing amicably. As for the next boot, unless Zaid can work some magic on Anastasia and Marissa, next boot is likely either Logan or Spencer, mostly Spencer if he doesn't win immunity.
