Trevor’s compassion for the contestants clashes with Derek’s apathy for them. I love it! My theory is that they’re in a relationship, but on a break because of the competition, and Derek isn’t into PDA while they’re at work as much as Trevor is.

As for the elimination I'm guessing Tom or Jake goes home. They will definitely try to split them out because of their love story, but maybe it's Tom since he's a bigger threat than Jake. Immunity goes to either Alec or Tom, altrough im guessing Alec because of his skill.
