I Cast Divine Intervention! (And April Vote Results)

The vote results are in but first here's a final set of Shadowheart updates!

As Shadowheart is a cleric, I wanted to give her a bunch of cool casting poses. The idea was to have different gestures and hand options so she could be casting with her weapon on one hand or casting with both. With her parts version, you can mix and match the pose you like best! 👍

Oh, and I also updated the detail on the spear. Made a slightly different version to differentiate Shar and Selûnite playthroughs.

Clerics have a reputation as just being 'walking medkits'. But after BG3, I've developed a new respect for the class. My favorite tactic to cheese tough fights is to park Shadowheart in a good position, upcast Spirit Guardians and watch charging enemies burn up like Lemmings on cocaine. 😄

Since I did choose the Selûne path in my one and only playthrough, I added a little extra diorama to show Shadowheart casting Divine Intervention. Oh, and if you cast this spell as a Selûnite in the final part of her quest, it's like giving a giant middle finger to Shar.

And for my slice of life idea this month, here's Shadowheart feeding the Owlbear Cub a juicy steak at her campsite.

Yes, she actually does feed the Owlbear when it runs past her in game. She even makes a remark in game about giving the cub a little extra just to be safe. Which basically means Shadowhear's bribing the Owlbear cub not to eat her. 😅

And to show why Shadowheart was so apprehensive, next month's bonus reward will be grownup version of the Owlbear! What was once a cute tiny furball will turn a giant beaky terror, bulked with so much muscle and claws that it will pummel even the fiercest monsters into a bloody pulp. 😱 Because remember, Owlbears are cute...until they're not.

If the player plays their cards right, they can get fully grown Owlbear to fight for them. He'll have a armored version too!

Okay, onto the vote results. So it looks like Shockwave took the top spot followed closely by General Grievous. Nice, that will gel nicely with some previous winners.

Bubblegum Crisis Knight Sabers (a very long time poll item) also had decent interest so you know what, I'll include it in next month's queue. 👍 The NCR Ranger isn't too far behind, but I'll have to put it in the 'we'll see' category.

For original Sci Fi diorama ideas, I haven't made a decision yet. If community members have some ideas they think would be appropriate, please leave a comment or PM me.
