This time, I'm covering Belial's second form which is the one that usually gave me the most trouble in game. Dude just grows like a damn pufferfish and suddenly you're in a Whac-A-Mole situation. 😅 Now that I think about it, Belial might also be the largest boss in that game since the player is only about the size of his fist during that fight.
For Takhisis fans, I've also completed the other half of the board game cover! I wasn't too sure what was going on in that scene but a Dragonlance fan helpfully informed me it's supposed to be Raistlin, whom Takhisis punishes in his attempts to become a god himself. Anyways, I tried to make scene as faithful to the original concept as possible. I also updated Takhisis' head details slightly based on community member tips.
And finally, here's a WIP for Lion 2.0! Just a reminder, this version is based off fan casting Karl Urban in the role. He's even helpfully submitted an audition tape to help with the process. 😉 This armor isn't the final version, but I am using the Champion as the template for his eventual form. I'm still working on different accoutrements to make this version stand out like a Great Beast Pelt but hopefully you get the idea of what I'm working towards. What do you think Dark Angels fans, is this shaping up to be something worthy of your Primarch? 😄

2025-01-27 05:33:03 +0000 UTCThe Dragonlance art looks good. However, if you're keeping with the lore, you've got Raistlin looking way too healthy and muscular. He was a rail-thin physical weakling who sometimes needed help just walking after a while. That said, if you're doing an "inspired by" piece, it looks freaking awesome - Carry on!
