Seraph and Sanguine Angel WIP. Plus a Secret Bonus Character

Here's the first WIP for the Seraph and Sanguine Angel. So the Sanguine Angel is in fact the Sanguinor - a mysterious entity associated with the Blood Angels. When the Chapter's very existence is threatened, the Sanguinor appears to help the Sons of Sanguinius and guide them to victory. Nobody, not even the Blood Angels are quite sure who the Sanguinor is. Though some in the Chapter speculate it is some facet of the Primarch himself as the two bear an uncanny resemblance. The true identity of the Sanguinor is revealed in the Horus Heresy series but it spoils several stories so I won't go into it here.
With that being said, visually the Sanguinor is basically Sanguinius but with less bling. So while I was designing this character, I thought 'eh, I'm halfway there - let's throw Sanguinius into this month's batch as well.' So yeah, I guess this month will be a 3 for 1 instead of a 2 for 1.
I've also made some headway with the Seraph design and I'll adjust the wings better to fit the concept. I will also be posing the characters to fit their particular aesthetic. Until the next WIP!

Any chances that this Sanguinor version is released??? I know this is a WIP and I like a lot how final Sanguinor looks, but I love how epic this pose look :)

2020-08-08 14:26:34 +0000 UTCLoving the design, though I know little regarding Warhammer and its lore. The second angel is particularly interesting, it's almost akin to a construct, like a golem or such, and would be perfectly suited to a Diablo-esque style.
2020-08-08 11:16:00 +0000 UTCthe work is fine as always, but a few comments. As far as Sanguinius is concerned. His wings should be larger. On the shoulder, a snow leopard trail is required, or whoever he is, has already forgotten. And the wings don't have to be from the knapsack. They are alive :)
