It's time for a change, so April will be the month of democracy! Hooray jajaja
As you know before today, we were ruled by that one guy who wanted a commission and that's what we got to see that month, of course I always spice it up a bit, and not always the video ends up exactly how they wanted, but things will be different now.
I want to start a new system, a more simplified version of what @Chillanimejoi is doing, and I hope I don't regret it as it sounds awfully time consuming lol, but is for the best. Without further ado I introduce "Rella's JOI roulette":
Yeah, not so original, but here's how it will work. At the beginning of the month (this time we started early, because April will be the test month, so I'll get to see how it works and what will I be working in May) the winner will be decided, but first the basics:
- · There will be a Google Sheets document with information of the current JOIs
- · The JOIs will be funded by votes
- · Depending of each tier you'll get certain number of votes to spend
- · You can also add extra fundings at the conversion of $1 = 1 vote.
- · Every JOI will have a minimum wage to pay for it to be acknowledge
- · Once a JOI enters the roulette it doesn't leave until it is made
- · The winner is whoever gets more funding at the end of the month
- · New JOIs will be added, ideas will be received in my INBOX or discord channel
- · The way you vote is by answering a quick google form
- · In the form you need to add your exact user’s name so I can check your tier
- · When adding funds via the Extra tier you'll have to message me privately instead of answering the Form
- · I'll be updating the Excel maybe once or twice a week. So, check every Sunday to see how your JOI is going.
- · Winner will be announced the first day of the month, and published in the last Thursday of that same month.
