I just want to say that there's no such thing as fillers in AT. The show is the main source, is not adapting anything, so it's all canon.

As for my favorite episode, kinda lame but honestly it's the series finale "Come Along With Me", it was very emotional for me to see a show I grew up on end in real time and in my opinion one of the best endings to a show period.

2025-08-22 19:41:54 +0000 UTCI don't want to be the bad guy but someone has to say it: if you guys are worried about time commitments and cutting out filler episodes, it's probably a sign you're all already spread too thin and might want to consider cutting down on the sheer amount of shows you're reacting to. If you're feeing over-stretched it'll just lead to burnout. Just something to keep in mind.

2025-08-22 19:16:35 +0000 UTCAll good. Tbh when I saw that announcement I wasn't even mad. Mostly confused by the ideas of Adventure Time having filler episodes, but especially sad. Simply cause a lot of good episodes are straight up self contained little things, and it would be a shame to miss out on them. Adventure Time does have a bigger narrative that builds up on the long run, but its main essance is the daily adventures people can unexpectedly stumble upon. Deciding to go back and watch the missing episodes is a major W. Sad that Chris won't be there for season two, tho. Oh and my fave episode is... I guess "I Remember You"? The one with Marceline and the Ice King. You know the one. But there are MANY more that I absolutely love.

Afaik there's no source material for this ergo no filler. Filler is NOT something that slows the story down or doesn't progress the main plot or episodes without action. I'm so tired of normies (literal not you guys) misrepresenting the word and trying to change the meaning.
