So glad this group enjoyed the premiere. But no matter what happens throughout the show, just remember that they are quite literally small children. So if they don't respond like an adult, it's because they aren't. Lol

Quick question; which android/cybord/hybrid would each Normie choose to be? My guesses are: Surj, Navi, Rana/Hybrids; Pat, Mickey, Marketa, Spidey/Synthetics (like that cool brotha from "Romulus" after his software update); Chris/an absolutely bad-ass, really cool cyborg.

The scientists were past excessively dumb, and evolution was tossed aside in favor of a species of albino giants? The evolution part was especially offensive to me.

For clarification, there are FOUR new alien species being introduced in this series, which is what I was the most excited for. We needed some new blood from the Alien side!! They bring the fear of the unknown that Xenos have mostly lost. It's a monumental addition to the universe, and I was personally beyond excited for the little eyeball dude. And wow what I star I LOVE thay little thing! Also, with these new creatures in play, not only do they provide their own dangers, but Xenomorph Faecehuggers can latch onto different species and create different Xenomorphs. S Often seen in the games, less so in the movies. I have a feeling we might get some crazy Xenomorphs of they katch on to some of these other species 👀

2025-08-15 03:44:13 +0000 UTCjust for clarification those creatures aren't all xenomorphs. they stated at the beginning that they found all these creatures across the galaxy. so the ticks and eyeball things possibly have nothing to do with the black goo or engineers. there just dangerous creatures that they found and were studying.

She gets a predator shoulder cannon from the fight and the writer said the idea was that ALL of yutani corporation’s achievements in space exploration and technology came from the shoulder cannon’s reverse engineering…. But unfortunately the movie was awful and was literally removed from cannon/lore 😂

Unless you were able to get absolutely every single Patreon to revolt, and the same with donations from other sources, Pat’s there to stay. Randomly, it’s interesting to me he likes the Alien Franchise, since he’s otherwise “horror averse.”

Synthetics are your “basic” advanced human appearing androids, such as Ash in Alien, Bishop in Aliens, and David in Prometheus (though he was the craziest of the three). Hybrids are the Synthetics with a human conscious overlay. Simultaneously, it amounts to an electronic copy of my brain rather than having my brain, stem, whatever, plugged in. So I’m pretty sure the process would actually kill me.

Here’s a challenge question for a Normie / Normies: you are tasked with retrieving the 5 alien organisms from the ship, using whatever means you can and have to. You experience no interference from the Corporate Upper Echelon, but instead receive resources as needed within reason (this isn’t Chernobyl). You know this is a Deep Space Science and Research Spacecraft from a different Corporation, meaning you lack their Orders and Manifest, amongst other things. And of course there is the gradually growing destruction and numerous civilians to be aware of. How do you proceed to secure the goals (trying to remember that you have no clue about the Xenomorph). Also, morals and such are up for grabs so long as you can keep the worst hidden.
